You are a sweet heart Caleb. I just bought a 2013 F150 EcoBoost Lariat at my local Ford dealership here in Reno. Wish my sales would have been as sweet as you. Im still trying to figure out how to sync my tablet and my old smart phone that use as an MP3 player to the Sync..it sees them and list them but doest play them..maybe the SD card needs and upgrade. Salesman said I could use my usb connection in center console ..nope didn't work but I assume I am doing something wrong. Speaker cord works good with old phone in the Honda Fit I also bought with the truck, but not in the truck. They both sync in my 2002 chevy..but not the higher tech truck..go figure..Will take this computer to truck and watch you step by step and try again . Thanks

Great video, just bought a 2015 Escape Platinum. When I press on the steering wheel vice command button. The “Please say your command” audio voice is not broadcasted. I can only see the commands on the screen. I have the volume for voice command set at about 3/4. I have the vice command set to advance. Is there anything I’m missing? I took the car back to the dealer and they said that’s how the system work. But I find that hard to believe because my 2013 focus has no problem broadcasting the “Please say your command “ after pushing the steering wheel voice command button. Any thoughts? Thank you
